Our Construction Management team is actively seeking a Construction Engineer for work on a new NYCHA Project. The project is set to begin in January 2027.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Construction Management or related field with 2+ years of construction or office engineer experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

Nice To Haves
- Previous infrastructure construction experience with NYCHA or similar agency preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.
- Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.
- Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.
- Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
- Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Client’s online system.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
