About The Position
Join a growing construction practice as a Construction Disputes Senior Associate. This role is based in the East of England or Kent with a hybrid working policy. The position involves managing a varied caseload of contentious construction matters, supporting other teams within the firm by providing project advice, supervising and mentoring junior team members, and playing an active role in business development.
Requirements
- 6+ years PQE with experience in construction dispute resolution
- Knowledge of standard form contracts
- Demonstrative history of business development
