About The Position
A growing firm is seeking a Construction Attorney in Nevada, with a preference for candidates licensed in both Nevada and Arizona. The firm specializes in complex construction and business matters in the Southwest and has additional offices in California, Arizona, Colorado, and San Francisco. This role involves extensive litigation and transactional work within the construction industry, representing a diverse clientele including design professionals, construction professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and owners. Experience with insurance clients is highly preferred.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in construction law.
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
- Preference for candidates licensed in both Nevada and Arizona.

Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of construction-related matters, including litigation and transactional work.
- Represent design professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and owners.
- Engage in extensive litigation practice.
- Manage multi-million dollar private and public works construction cases.
- Handle catastrophic personal injury and death cases.
- Involve contract creation and negotiations for multi-million and multi-billion-dollar projects.
- Provide claims assistance during the course of project design and construction.
- Handle lien actions, mediation, arbitration, litigation, trial, and appellate services.
- Work closely with clients and insurance carriers.
