This role focuses on transforming existing landscapes and implementing new designs, requiring a strong understanding of planting, hardscaping, and other enhancement techniques. Requirements

At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper. Specific experience in enhancement projects is a plus.
Knowledge of plant identification and proper planting techniques.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Understanding of landscaping principles and techniques
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time

Nice To Haves

Specific experience in enhancement projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install of plant material like planting trees, shrubs, flowers.
Bed preparation and maintenance like weeding, edging, mulching, and fertilizing.
Assist with the construction of patios, and other hardscape features using various materials such as pavers, stone, and concrete.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
Collaborate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
