About The Position

Zachry is seeking an experienced Construction Craft Rep to assist the Craft Supervision team (General Foremen, Foremen and Superintendents) with craft work planning, earned value, quantity management, document management, procurement/material management, cost management and technical support. A successful Construction Craft Rep interfaces well with the Craft Supervision team, Design Engineers, and other members of the project team. Specific task assignments include Material Takeoffs (MTOs), progress measurement and reporting, development of material requisitions, utilization of 4D modeling program, review of cost codes, communication of design drawing and specification requirements and submittal of time sheets. The Construction Craft Rep reports directly to the Planning Lead and has overall responsibility for supporting the build of Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and maintaining IWPs for progress and updates. The Construction Craft Rep is expected to support the development of plans based upon the project schedule and their craft superintendent’s execution strategy. There will be multiple craft reps on site to support the superintendents and the planner assigned to a craft.
