About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Cost Estimator/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and heavy civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting projects from conceptual design through bid phases, with the ability to develop accurate cost estimates, review technical drawings, negotiate with vendors, and support project scheduling activities using Primavera P6.

Requirements

Strong background in water and heavy civil infrastructure projects.
Experience supporting projects from conceptual design through bid phases.
Ability to develop accurate cost estimates.
Ability to review technical drawings.
Ability to negotiate with vendors.
Experience using Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
Experience performing Time Impact Analysis and schedule analysis.
Experience reviewing and negotiating vendor pricing and proposals.
Ability to work in person as required.

Responsibilities

Experience with conceptual, design-phase, and bid-phase estimating.
Experience with water and heavy civil infrastructure projects required.
Must be able to review and interpret civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process drawings.
Must be able to communicate and negotiate effectively with vendors and design teams.
Must have experience developing construction schedules using Primavera P6.
Must be able to perform Time Impact Analysis and schedule analysis.
Must be able to review and negotiate vendor pricing and proposals as part of the estimating process.
Must be able to work in person as required.
