About The Position

The Construction Coordinator will serve as the assistant to the Construction Manager and liaison with our Construction clientele. Construction Coordinator will use Penguin Data to update and maintain the status of projects and invoices. This position is also responsible for establishing a professional environment while achieving the duties assigned below.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record
Must be able to use written and verbal communications in English language
Ability to work aloft
Must have manual dexterity and the ability to utilize various hand tools and test equipment
Must be able to drive company fleet vehicles
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to type on a computer, and utilize a smart phone to read and update prints
Must be able to kneel, crawl, push, pull, bend, stoop, lift and dig
Must meet and maintain company’s safe weight policy

Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate data entry in the client system and Penguin Data
Serve as a liaison with the client (Construction) – keep Construction Manager informed of all issues or challenges
Maintaining a professional work environment
Providing excellent client & customer service with professional communication skills
Processing & reconciling construction invoices and purchase orders
Assist with processing construction payroll
Communicate needs and concerns to Construction Manager
Perform paperwork & reporting requirements
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and provided general assistance to other employees as directed
