Role Summary: The Construction Commercial Manager will lead customer-focused construction technology strategies across the product portfolio, delivering innovative solutions that accelerate autonomy and create greater value for customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive success in construction or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in account management and building strong customer relationships.
  • Proven leadership experience leading teams, projects, or business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assess business strengths, gaps, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities and support growth strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate daily team activities to promote, sell, and deploy solutions that address customers’ toughest challenges while ensuring customer feedback is resolved effectively.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators in partnership with customers to support short- and long-term technology strategies and build training programs that enable seamless execution.
  • Manage and develop a team delivering autonomy and technology solutions aligned with Caterpillar’s strategic direction.
