About The Position

Intec Building Services is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for construction cleanup positions in Lexington, KY. This position involves cleaning and maintaining construction sites to ensure work areas are safe, organized, and ready for use.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
• Must wear appropriate work boots and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction cleanup or janitorial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove construction dust, dirt, and debris from work areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean restrooms and common areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning after construction or renovation.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned.
