About The Position

MGAC is hiring a Construction Associate Director to lead complex, high-value luxury single-family residential projects from inception to completion. The position provides strategic direction and mentorship to project teams, serves as the primary client liaison for executive-level relationships, and oversees project financial performance, risk, compliance, quality, and contractual obligations. The role also shapes project strategy, planning, procurement, and value engineering; reviews and approves key project documentation and contracts; leads negotiations and dispute resolution; champions team development and training; and supports business development and growth initiatives.

The position requires local support, with approximately 4–5 days of on-site work in Dallas, Texas, subject to client needs. MGAC describes itself as a global boutique consultancy with an employee-first, entrepreneurial culture and a strong work-life balance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management experience with complex developments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and multiple large projects.
• Strong financial, strategic, and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat, and project management platforms such as Procore or equivalent.

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
