Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous construction or labor-intensive experience is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

Responsibilities

Assist with the excavation and construction of inground swimming pools.
Perform various tasks related to the pool construction process, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete, assembling steel walls, transporting materials, and assisting with pool plumbing and electrical conduit under supervision.
Safely operate basic construction tools such as shovels, saws, and drills.
Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
