About The Position
Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD
- Experience with large projects over $20mm
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
