The Assistant Project Manager (APM) role involves travel to project sites and does not require relocation, allowing APMs to live anywhere within the continental United States near a major airport. Positions are posted near current or anticipated project locations, but placement is based on project needs. Assistant Project Managers work directly with subcontractors and clients to successfully execute the complete building process. The PM team familiarizes themselves with the design, plans and sequences work, and procures materials and subcontractor services. They ensure work is completed in sync with other activities and meets Tippmann Construction's quality and safety standards. Throughout construction, the PM team uses Tippmann's processes and tools for clear and constant communication with subcontractors, internal team members, and clients. APMs are largely accountable for delivering a high-quality experience for customers. Projects are nationwide.
