About The Position

Roundhouse is hiring a Construction Accountant to own the financial side of our multifamily development projects, from pre-construction budgets through final reconciliation. The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount. Every project runs on numbers you can trust. You're the one who knows where every dollar went and where the next one is headed. You catch the discrepancy before it becomes a problem, explain the numbers so project teams can act on them, and build processes that make the whole operation sharper. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
