Vantor is seeking a Constellation Integration Program Manager to own end-to-end program execution and integration across a complex satellite constellation—from spacecraft acquisition and development through ground systems, communications, system integration and verification, launch and deployment, commissioning, mission operations, and integration with the broader portfolio. You will treat the constellation as an integrated mission capability, not a collection of independent programs. You will connect space, ground, network, operations, suppliers, customers, and external partners into a single executable program and maintain an accurate picture of cost, schedule, technical performance, dependencies, risk, and operational readiness across $100M+ efforts. This is a technically engaged execution role, not a process-management or status-reporting position. You will work directly with engineering and operational teams to understand the architecture, critical interfaces, technical maturity, integration sequence, and failure modes behind the plan. You do not need to be the deepest subject-matter expert in every discipline, but you must understand complex technical systems well enough to ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, connect issues across organizational boundaries, and recognize when apparently local problems threaten the broader mission. You will establish the integrated execution framework for the constellation, identify critical-path and cross-segment dependencies, drive decisions, remove blockers, and surface problems before they become crises. When execution moves off plan, you will help teams build credible recovery options and drive them to closure. Success means the complete constellation capability works and becomes operational when we say it will—not simply that individual programs, contracts, or milestones report green. Our environment is fast-moving, technically demanding, and highly collaborative. We expect clear communication, ownership, integrity, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward execution. Strong performers use facts, build bridges across disciplines, make decisions with imperfect information, learn quickly, and deliver on commitments. They get into the details when necessary, remain calm when programs encounter problems, and take responsibility for moving the mission forward.
