About The Position
Under the direction of the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse, the Constant Observer is responsible for observing the patient and reporting observations to the RN/LPN to protect the patient from injury or harm to themselves or others and to prevent elopement. This position will support all the facilities in the market as needed.
Requirements
- Must be under the direction of a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
