About The Position

We are looking for a new member of our family. You will be installing console or interior components in boats on the production line. You may be installing gear shifts, wiring, lids, upholstery, electrical equipment, doors, etc. There are daily quotas to be met. We will train the right individual. Requirements

Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment.
Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats.
Must be able to wear proper safety equipment to include respirator when necessary.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to use and maintain a variety of hand tools including screw gun, drill, etc.

Responsibilities

Installing console or interior components in boats on the production line.
Installing gear shifts, wiring, lids, upholstery, electrical equipment, doors, etc.
Identifying and reading orders.
Identifying missing or defective parts and replacing them when necessary if production is not available.
Using and maintaining a variety of hand tools including screw gun, drill, etc.
Keeping work area clean and orderly.
Following instructions of Supervisor/foreman/lead.
