About The Position

Clair Global has an exciting opportunity in our re-organized console department! This role involves assisting road staff with equipment preparation, utilizing ERP software for asset management, documenting returning gear, testing and maintaining console systems, troubleshooting console systems, and preparing outgoing console systems. The position requires the ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks under strict deadlines
• Ability to understand and present information/ideas in writing, in person, or over the phone
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Basic understanding of analog/digital consoles and signal flow
• Basic computer/networking skills
• Basic soldering skills
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Must excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment

Responsibilities

• Assist road staff with equipment preparation
• Continual use of our ERP Software in order to proficiently track, manage, document and prep company owned assets
• Document gear returning from tour when required
• Test/maintain console systems and associated hardware/software
• Trouble-shoot full console systems in person and over the phone
• Prepare outgoing console systems
