About The Position

Heritage Auctions is seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to support its Pop Culture department. This role is responsible for processing incoming consignments and communicating their status with customers. The company is the largest auction house founded in the U.S. and operates across numerous categories and locations.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Trading Card Games, including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and others.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task and pay great attention to detail.
Individuals must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation and strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to follow set standards and take direction.
Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems.
Absolute drive to complete projects on time and in a detailed manner.
Excellent organizational skills: accurate and thorough.
Excellent communication skills: listening, writing, and verbal.

Nice To Haves

Experience in grading trading cards is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Grade trading cards.
Select trading cards for submissions to certification services.
Research and estimate values of trading cards.
Use Word, Excel, and proprietary Heritage software to compile listings of the consigned items.
Other duties may be assigned.
