About The Position

Promontory is seeking a Conservancy Shuttle Driver - Seasonal to provide safe transportation for Promontory owners utilizing the Conservancy shuttle. This role involves adhering to a shuttle schedule/reservations, following all traffic rules and laws, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicles. The driver will transport members and their guests between the Ranch Club House and Deer Valley Resort or Park City Resort. Responsibilities include monitoring fuel levels, ensuring safe driving conditions, and reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor and the Conservancy Director of Owner Services. The position also requires completing safety training and certifications.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Able to be added to Promontory’s vehicle insurance.
  • 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Abide by Promontory policies and procedures and submit ideas for possible revision.
  • Work independently with little supervision.
  • Courteous and helpful with Promontory Club Members and employees.
  • Practice proper and timely communication.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs exerting up to 25lbs of force occasionally to move objects both horizontally and vertically.
  • Must be able to sit in chair for long periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Members and their guests from the Ranch Club House to either Deer Valley Resort or Park City Resort.
  • Fill up the tank whenever the tank is at the half way point.
  • Fill up at the Pete Dye Turf Center.
  • Determine if driving conditions are not safe and communicate to their supervisor immediately.
  • Work with the concierge in such circumstances.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to the Conservancy Director of Owner Services.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
