TEHORA is currently looking for a senior advisor in business architecture and process optimization with solid experience in process modeling, business cases, and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will contribute to strategic work aimed at optimizing business processes, analyzing needs, and producing structuring recommendations in a complex organizational context. The responsibilities include ensuring alignment with the business vision developed in enterprise architecture, acting as the main stakeholder in the realization of business cases and opportunity files, modeling and optimizing current and target business processes and information objects according to recognized standards, facilitating process optimization and collaborative work workshops with stakeholders, writing business cases in collaboration with the realization team members, conducting impact and gap analyses for processes and information objects, contributing to the mapping and health status of business capabilities, and defining performance indicators and producing executive-level opinions, recommendations, and presentations.
