The responsibilities associated with this role will vary, but will require collaboration with various members of the Human Resources group and internal clients, including employees at all hierarchical levels as well as managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws at the provincial level.
  • Ability to work at all levels within a matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential data.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage business intelligence, evaluate data and draw conclusions.
  • Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
  • Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Human Resources Information System (HRIS): data entry for information related to new hires, transfers, promotions, title changes, departures, organizational changes, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions from managers and employees regarding HR resources, the HRIS, policies and procedures.
  • Produce reports and, when required, provide analyses using PeopleSoft data.
  • Participate in process optimization and in the development of HR tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, advise and guide Human Resources Partners regarding various requests.
  • Contribute to various HR management processes, including: Talent development, review of career files, development plans, and succession planning programs; Pre‑employment verifications for new hires, orientation and onboarding of new employees; Benefits and wellness programs; Employee engagement initiatives; Management of parental leaves, etc.
  • Participate in various special departmental projects.
  • Manage security clearances.
  • Any other related duties.
