Your Mission As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for dental clinics, providing human, reassuring, and efficient support. You will support dental clinics at the heart of their daily operations. Through your expertise and customer-focused approach, you will enable clinical teams to focus on what truly matters: patient care. Your role is to become a trusted partner for our clients by helping them get the most value from our software while directly contributing to the efficiency, smooth operations, and peace of mind of their practice.

Requirements

  • Experience in the dental field (knowledge of Dentitek software is an asset).
  • Experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of how a dental clinic operates (scheduling, billing, patient records, imaging, etc.).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with an intermediate level of English.

  • knowledge of Dentitek software is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand users’ challenges and provide clear, practical, and tailored solutions.
  • Support dental teams in the optimal use of the software: patient records, scheduling, billing, insurance, and more.
  • Resolve technical and functional issues while clearly explaining solutions in simple terms.
  • Play a key role in the customer experience by turning every support request into a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the product and processes.
  • Actively contribute to the quality and reliability of a mission-critical tool for dental clinics.
  • Document all interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system.
  • Provide Level 1 remote support to clients by phone and email and escalate complex cases to the appropriate level.
