This role is for their growing Montreal office, seeking a consultant for high-impact mandates who shares Sia's belief in transformation as a source of opportunity.

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering, administration, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI transformation within a consulting firm (Essential).
  • Experience in digital transformation and an understanding of the challenges related to the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Ability to quickly structure a problem and identify essential levers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
  • Initiative, sense of responsibility, and a desire to grow within an international team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the transport, energy, or financial services sectors is an asset.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and analyze complex business issues to identify key transformation levers.
  • Formulate clear, structured, and actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Support clients in their organizational, operational, and digital transformation initiatives related to artificial intelligence.
  • Assist organizations in their acceleration and adoption of artificial intelligence by identifying business opportunities and evaluating organizational impacts.
  • Raise awareness and support stakeholders to foster sustainable adoption of new practices and technologies.
  • Produce quality deliverables (executive presentations, analyses, recommendations, and support tools).
  • Maintain active monitoring of market trends, particularly in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
  • Participate in watch groups and enrich consulting offerings by integrating industry trends and innovations.
  • Contribute to publications (articles, studies, speeches) and internal/external training activities.
  • Participate in business development, from needs identification to client proposal contributions.
