About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a DevOps consultant to support the Ville de Québec in the automation, integration, and continuous deployment of its applications and infrastructures. The selected individual will contribute to modernizing development and operations processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure administration, including 2 years in cloud;
Hold certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (asset);
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins);
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet);
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS);
Proficiency in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins);
Automate the deployment and configuration of infrastructures (Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates);
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to adopt DevOps best practices;
Optimize cloud environments (Azure, AWS) for performance and scalability;
Ensure the security and compliance of pipelines and infrastructures;
Train teams on DevOps tools and methodologies;
Document processes, scripts, and architectures;
Participate in the modernization of applications (containers, microservices).
