About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Connectivity Engineer for the Beaver Dam, Wisconsin Data Center site. This role will support the physical infrastructure of global data centers, ensuring seamless connectivity for the delivery of innovative services. The Connectivity Engineer will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to production turnover, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and electrical QA knowledge
  • People focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with XFN partners
  • QA/QC commissioning skills
  • Experience with CSLA disciplines
  • Some experience with vendor management
  • Experience on design-build side of projects
  • US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to production turnover, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop, monitor, and improve quality assurance and control programs for data center construction projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally, applying technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with QA/QC processes, documentation, and tools.
  • Train, audit, resolve issues, and lead quality initiatives in complex, mission-critical environments.
  • Participate in commissioning meetings, job site visits, and inspections.
  • Work with stakeholders to mitigate risks.
  • Vendor management.
