Familiarity with Google Calendar and Google Suite of products.
Ability to develop processes and communicate them effectively.

Responsibilities

Participate in Central Connections Team meetings.
Ensure all church attendees have the best possible experience from parking lot to auditorium.
Lead volunteer teams to maximize auditorium space, identify open seats, and guide attendees to worship and hear the Gospel.
Execute the New Here process for first-time visitors, creating a welcoming experience and assisting them with next steps.
Recruit, evaluate, interview, and train new Connections Team volunteers.
Develop volunteers, raising up leaders aligned with the church's vision.
Communicate effectively with volunteers and ensure prompt responses to scheduling.
Shepherd volunteers through connection, care, appreciation, and counsel.
Collaborate with the Security and Medical teams each weekend.
Work with the Planning Team to execute service elements and support other ministry areas and special events.
Participate in the life and ministry of the Nicholasville Campus and Southland at large.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Central Connections Team, the Nicholasville Campus Pastor, and all Nicholasville Campus Ministry Leads.
Attend meetings as needed.
Foster consistent communication.
Perform other duties as assigned.
