Job Summary: The Connections for Living Director (CFLD) is a compassionate leader responsible for all operations within the Connections for Living (CFL) neighborhood and administers MBK signature programs to meet the specific needs of all CFL residents. The CFLD supervises the CFL team, oversees the implementation of resident service plans, and coordinates specialized services, including wellness programming, memory care dining, environment, family support, team development, and community education on dementia topics. The CFLD is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and managing a team committed to and capable of providing memory care residents superior, empathetic dementia care and maintaining the physical and emotional health in alignment with MBK’s principles and core values.
