We are seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join our Office of General Counsel and support the firm’s new business intake and enterprise risk management functions. This role plays a critical part in protecting the firm while ensuring a comprehensive, synchronized, and efficient new business intake process. The position is best suited for an attorney who enjoys applying professional responsibility rules in a fast‑paced environment, is comfortable managing a significant volume of conflicts reviews, and values practical, business‑focused judgment. While support and escalation paths are available for novel or high‑risk matters, this role is expected to independently clear the majority of new client, matter, and lateral hire conflicts. This is a full-time, firm wide role with regular interaction across practice groups, intake, and risk stakeholders.
