About The Position

Window Nation is growing fast, and we’re adding to our Call Center team in Fulton, MD. We’re looking for a Confirmation Specialist who enjoys talking with people, paying attention to details, and keeping schedules on track. This role combines outbound calling, appointment confirmation, and accurate data entry to help customers feel prepared and informed. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of at least 6 months of direct experience in a call center, customer service, sales support, or similar customer-facing role
Ability to accommodate work schedules between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM plus one Saturday or Sunday shift.

Responsibilities

Calling customers to confirm appointment dates, times, and details
Reviewing and updating customer and appointment details to ensure data accuracy and eligibility requirements
Communicating clearly about reschedules, cancellations, or changes
Updating and documenting call outcomes accurately in company systems and databases
Partnering with sales and scheduling teams to share updates with customers and finalize appointments, while keeping calendars accurate
Answering questions and resolving basic scheduling issues
Delivering a courteous, professional, and positive customer experience on every call
