About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a confident and energetic Inside Sales & Appointment Specialist to join their team. This role involves connecting with warm leads, building excitement about Joyce's products and services, answering customer questions, and scheduling qualified appointments for the In-Home Sales team. The ideal candidate thrives on conversation, enjoys working towards goals, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. This position is crucial for maintaining the sales pipeline and creating a positive first impression for homeowners.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or high-volume call environments (preferred, not required)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• A confident, outgoing personality and the energy to initiate conversations
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset and excitement about earning commission
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability for one of the listed shifts and at least one weekend day per week
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Connect daily with warm leads who have already requested information
• Bring energy and confidence to every customer conversation
• Build excitement around the value of Joyce products and services
• Ask the right questions to understand needs and identify strong opportunities
• Turn strong conversations into quality in-home consultation appointments
• Keep the momentum going with timely confirmation and follow-up
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries with confidence and accuracy
• Accurately document call activity and outcomes in internal systems
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity and appointment-setting goals
