We are looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our Vancouver, WA office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

• Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
