About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Confirmation Specialist to join our Call Center! As a Call Center Confirmation Specialist for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you play a key role in managing our appointment schedule for in-home consultations across all markets. In this role you’ll be in-bound and outbound calling to confirm details of pre-scheduled visits for order accuracy and on-time schedule assurance. Requirements

  • Call Center experience required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Demeanor.
  • High School diploma or educational equivalent preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple applications and platforms.
  • Data entry experience 2+ years.

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment calendars.
  • Dispatch and communicate with field representatives.
  • Data entry using multiple platforms.
  • Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads.
