Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, Information Management, or a related technical field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Experience supporting configuration management, document control, engineering records, or technical data management
  • Knowledge of configuration management principles and change control processes
  • Experience working with engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and technical documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic document management systems
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the nuclear, energy, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with engineering change management systems and configuration management software
  • Experience with document management systems such as SharePoint, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of DOE, NRC, ISO 9001, ASME NQA-1, or other quality assurance standards
  • Experience supporting engineering design, project execution, or facility modifications
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities to streamline processes
  • Currently holding an active Q-level security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrity of engineering and technical data throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
  • Coordinate document and configuration changes.
  • Manage engineering records.
  • Support change control processes.
  • Verify technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and project teams to ensure configuration information remains complete, accurate, and traceable.
  • Ensure facilities, systems, and documentation stay aligned while supporting safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
