Configuration Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced O9 Configurator/Integrator to support a key client in the retail apparel sector. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating requirements from stakeholders like merchandise and demand planners into technical configurations within the O9 platform. Key responsibilities include: Configuring and customizing the O9 configuration workbench (EKG) and workflow engine, as well as managing data integration and ETL processes between O9 and other ERP systems. Required qualifications include 3+ years of hands-on experience as an O9 Configurator/Integrator, proven experience in a Business Analyst capacity, strong technical experience in data integration (ETL), and mandatory experience in the retail/apparel industry. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Python for automation and direct experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an O9 Configurator/Integrator
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst capacity
- Strong technical experience in data integration (ETL)
- Mandatory experience in the retail/apparel industry
- Expert level experience in IT (8+ years)
- Intermediate level experience (3+ years) as an O9 Configurator or O9 Integrator
- Hands-on experience with the O9 configuration workbench, also known as Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG)
- Ability to customize the workflow engine within O9
- Intermediate level experience (3+ years) in a Business Analyst role supporting supply chain or retail
- Strong technical experience in data integration and retail/apparel
- Experience connecting O9 to other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Solid understanding of ETL processes
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Python for automation
