Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Configuration Manager in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (Four (4) additional years of Configuration Management experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
  • An active TS/SCI with a polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize configuration management tools (e.g., MadForge, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items.
  • Demonstrate understanding of fundamental concepts and experience in documenting hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures.
  • Implement hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the maintenance and development of environments for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration.
  • Define and implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures, including the creation of product build scripts and integration of those scripts into the build process.
  • Maintain the configuration management (CM) environment for product build, staging, testing, and integration activities.
  • Develop and enforce hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures across development projects.
  • Apply configuration management principles to define and implement processes, including creating and integrating product build scripts within hardware and software build environments.
  • Serve as an advisor to, or non-voting member of, the Government Change Control Board (CCB).
