About The Position

Supports to a US Navy Program Office. Leads all CM duties to include development of configuration baselines and Cost Analysis and Requirements Description (CARD); configuration tracking and control; documentation support; and technical oversight of configuration workflows. Prepares Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). Establishes disciplined CM processes. Updates, maintains, and tracks CM data. Participates in the Configuration Control Board (CCB). Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.

Requirements

Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in configuration management, knowledge management, and CCB process.
Bachelor's Degree
Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Develops configuration baseline, and description records to provide configuration identification, change control, status accounting, compatibility, traceability, and integrity of developmental CIs.
Establishes system product and Platform baselines.
Prepares platform configuration baselines including a complete listing of technical documentation, system interfaces, and change requests defining authorized configuration of government CIs.
Prepares and tracks Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) through the Platform Technical Review Board (PTRB) Process including verifying and loading ECRs into the designated advance planning system and preparing and delivering associated technical briefings
Implements all CM requirements that are established and documented in a CMP according to Government CM policy, standards, organizational processes, procedures and templates for all assigned program and projects.
