About The Position

Aldevra is seeking a qualified Configuration/Maintenance Analyst Electronics Support to support the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Ice Breaker, Buoy, and Construction Tender Product Line (IBCTPL) in Baltimore, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award. The role involves supporting electronics (ELEX) systems onboard IBCT assets, performing routine tasks associated with the transformation of Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) within the U.S. Coast Guard Fleet Logistics System - Mobile Asset Manager (FLS-MAM) and other repositories, and building Configuration Management (CM) sets according to developing ELEX Engineering Changes. The analyst will also process and logically file Standard Configuration Change Forms, update Configuration Items (CIs) for ELEX equipment and test equipment, and deploy ELEX maintenance items to the IBCT fleet. Responsibilities include researching, updating, and verifying ELEX configuration in FLS, creating associated Maintenance Standards (MS) upon ELEX MPC publication release, validating APL data associated with ELEX MPCs, reviewing Electronics Integrated Logistics Support data, and validating the maintenance section of ELEX Engineering Change drafts. The position provides Configuration Data Management support for the development of configuration data within USCG IT Systems and configuration databases, performs routine configuration and logistics tasks in support of ELEX equipment and systems aboard USCG cutters, and collects and updates configuration data as applicable to engineering changes in accordance with the current USCG SFLC EC process guide. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.
  • This position requires passing an extensive background check.
  • 2 years of experience in configuration management (CM) or a related field
  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent and accurate written communication
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
  • Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
  • Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
  • Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality

Responsibilities

  • Provide Configuration Data Management support to perform routine tasks associated with the development of configuration data within USCG IT Systems and configuration databases.
