About The Position

In this role, supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures Program Office, you will support multiple programs dedicated to developing, refining, and testing MDA target systems designed to evaluate U.S. missile defense capabilities.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of experience, with additional education and certifications able to count towards total years of experience
  • Proven background establishing and maintaining strict configuration-controlled environments.
  • Ability to review systems engineering documentation to verify accuracy and alignment with program specifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience delivering structured, audience-tailored presentations and reports.
  • An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of data/configuration management experience supporting missile defense or large-scale, complex DoD programs.
  • Familiarity with MDA and System Engineering processes.
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Windchill, SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, Jira, DOORS, Cameo, and Git.
  • Experience applying AI/ML tools to enhance data analytics, workflow automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain program assets, including reports, briefings, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Manage the intake, routing, tracking, and archival of MDA development data.
  • Serve as the lead administrator for the program’s Integrated Data Environment (IDE), managing MDA SharePoint sites and shared data repositories.
  • Facilitate major program reviews by coordinating logistics, compiling briefing decks, tracking objective evidence, and recording action items.
  • Oversee the end-to-end CDRL lifecycle, including receipt, tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional distribution.
  • Support prime contractor CCB activities by logging change requests, preparing supporting data packages, and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
  • Maintain the Lessons Learned database, overseeing the drafting, coordination, archival, and distribution of findings across government and industry stakeholders.
