About The Position

This position provides support and ownership to the document control processes and training throughout the product life cycle, including development, sustaining and end-of-life. The role involves controlling and managing configuration changes throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all components, versions, and changes are accurately documented and controlled. It also includes enforcing change control processes to prevent inconsistencies and issues with system performance and functionality. The Configuration/Change Manager will define the CM scope and plan, maintain the configuration management baseline of IT cloud and on-premises environments, and implement and maintain the change management process. Responsibilities also include gathering and documenting requirements and metrics, developing and improving processes, establishing and maintaining documentation policies and procedures, tracking and reporting project task status updates, and driving CM related project initiatives. Collaboration with internal and external teams, verifying and auditing configuration status, and improving and optimizing the CM process and tools are also key aspects of this role. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Must be a self-starter, team builder, excellent communicator and process oriented
  • Strong expertise in using SharePoint and Teams platforms for document management and collaboration, including designing and implementing workflows
  • This role requires customer approval, suitability to hold a public trust and successful completion of a preemployment background screening.

  • SharePoint and ServiceNow experience preferred
