About The Position

In this position, this person will be part of a team that utilizes an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to generate, validate and record job configuration details for manufacturing. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting and Business Technology.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent personal interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently both verbally and in writing in English.

Nice To Haves

• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with engineering data is highly valued.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer-submitted documents for accuracy.
• Maintain and update ERP configurator rules.
• Keep Bills of Materials up-to-date.
• Record and track temporary changes (deviations).
• Handle change requests in the ERP system.
• Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers.
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes.
• Resolve software issues and manage ERP data.
• Assist with system analysis, design, and testing for product development.
• Adhere to safety standards.
