About The Position
In this position, this person will be part of a team that utilizes an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to generate, validate and record job configuration details for manufacturing. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting and Business Technology.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent personal interaction skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently both verbally and in writing in English.
Nice To Haves
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with engineering data is highly valued.
- Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review customer-submitted documents for accuracy.
- Maintain and update ERP configurator rules.
- Keep Bills of Materials up-to-date.
- Record and track temporary changes (deviations).
- Handle change requests in the ERP system.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers.
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes.
- Resolve software issues and manage ERP data.
- Assist with system analysis, design, and testing for product development.
- Adhere to safety standards.
