Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in configuration management
• Experience using Siemens Teamcenter and SAP VC
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience administering or supporting Teamcenter PLM
• Strong understanding of: Product structures and BOMs, Engineering drawings and standards
• Experience supporting product configuration and variant management
• Ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-evolving digital engineering environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, automation approaches, and AI-enabled workflows

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement configuration management and data management processes aligned with Dematic standards, business needs, and industry best practices
• Serve as a key contributor to Teamcenter as the system of record for: Engineering documents and drawings, Product structures and Bills of Material (BOMs), Configuration and revision control, PLC Software, Simulation and Emulation data
• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering documentation including: Drawings, Specifications, Solution deliverables, Change documentation
• Analyze proposed design or configuration changes to assess impact on: Product structures, Downstream manufacturing and installation, Customer-specific solutions
