Requirements

Minimum of 1 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, or IT
Experience reviewing engineering changes including drawings, procedures, and product structures, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work cross functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment toward shared goals
Strong ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of configuration management principles and tools

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
Experience with PLM systems such as Matrix or SmartSolve preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred

Responsibilities

Facilitating the change management process, reviewing product structures and engineering change requests to ensure clarity, completeness, and compliance with procedures
Analyzing the impact of changes to products, documentation, and components, including assessing interchangeability and defining appropriate actions
Maintaining and improving change process documentation to ensure alignment with current policies, procedures, and business practices
Supporting internal and external audits by clearly describing and demonstrating the change management process
Partnering with site SMEs, functional teams, and global stakeholders to drive timely and effective change implementation
Facilitating resolution of quality and operational issues, ensuring they are addressed efficiently and effectively
