About The Position

Responsible for providing support to software systems. Participate in the evaluation, development, and support of new or existing systems. Serves as an inter-departmental liaison to ensure effective and efficient utilization of systems. Assist with the coordination of the activities of the Configuration Team.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in operation of computerized applications.
• Strong technical skills in a wide variety of hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Strong functional and detailed analysis skills with process oriented focus are required.
• Proficient in creative problem solving and excellent analytical skills.
• Two years of experience in supporting software systems with special emphasis in departmental relations, project planning, and communication techniques.
• Experience in managing and supporting software related projects to include interacting with stakeholders, scope analysis, testing, documentation, and change management.
• Experience in utilizing Software Development Life Cycle.
