About The Position

You will be the Data Management Engineer for the Advanced Tactical Weapon System (ATWS) Data Management Team. Our team is responsible for delivering flawless, on schedule data packages that power ATWS development, production, and sustainment across multiple contracts. What You Will Be Doing As the Data Management Engineer you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all data management activities that keep ATWS programs on track. Working inside a fast paced, high tempo environment, you’ll partner with Integrated Product Teams, data owners, and customers to ensure every contract required data deliverable is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Further Information About This Opportunity: This position is in Orlando, FL. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess a current Final Secret clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
  • Active Secret Clearance with 5-year background investigation

  • Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented towards project management.
  • Experience with DoD or Military contracts and / or services.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract data deliverable contents and schedules, guaranteeing accurate reporting and on time submittal to customers.
  • Create, track, and submit Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs/SDRLs) in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain precise CDRL/SDRL metrics and provide transparent status reports to program leadership and customers.
  • Coordinate closely with Integrated Product Teams and data owners to secure timely data submissions.
  • Release approved engineering documents and log changes in the PLM repository.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and other engineering artifacts to confirm correct formatting, proper approvals, and accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) structures.
  • Serve as the conduit between engineering, production, and sustainment groups, ensuring data integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
