About The Position

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination. This role involves analyzing changes to product design, coordinating change reporting processes with customers and manufacturers, and reviewing engineering change data to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree, and 2 - 4 years of related experience.
• Required: IAT II = Security+, CySA+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

• ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators.
• Receive calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution.
• Process, review, categorize, document, and work with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner.
• Analyze changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function.
• Determine and prepare documentation necessary for change.
• Coordinate with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting.
• Review released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
