About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for AquaTruPro’s product portfolio. Align sales and marketing initiatives with company growth objectives and customer needs. Identify and prioritize target industries and customer segments. Sales Management Build, hire, and train a national sales team capable of closing deals with procurement departments and business owners. Establish and manage sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics. Lead efforts to close high-value national accounts and long-term partnerships. B2B Ecommerce Platform Development Develop and implement a B2B ecommerce platform for AquaTru Pro Products including direct purchase, rental, installation, credit review, live chat, appointment scheduling, and other customer-facing features. Marketing & Lead Generation Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads. Oversee SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content strategy. Optimize marketing automation and CRM systems to support scalable lead nurturing and conversion. Competitive & Market Analysis Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, emerging threats, and opportunities. Benchmark product positioning and messaging against competitors to ensure differentiation. Pricing Strategy Develop and refine pricing models that align with customer value, market dynamics, and profitability goals. Collaborate with finance and product teams to ensure pricing supports both growth and margin targets. Channel Strategy & Conflict Management Manage direct and indirect sales channels to maximize reach and minimize confl Develop clear channel policies and resolve conflicts between internal teams, partners, and resellers. P&L Ownership Own the sales and marketing P&L, ensuring budget adherence and ROI on marketing spend. Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets. Customer & Market Engagement Engage directly with key decision-makers in public and private education, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, and commercial sectors. Represent AquaTruPro at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
