About The Position
Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking Conference Staff for an event in Anaheim, California, scheduled from Wednesday, October 28th, 2026, to Friday, October 30th, 2026. This role offers a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment. The conference will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center. Responsibilities include registration, managing lines and flow, answering attendee questions, and performing other general event duties. The pay rate is $24 per hour, with weekly direct deposit payments. Parking is reimbursable up to $25. Staff are required to wear black button-down shirts, black slacks, and comfortable black shoes.
Requirements
- Considerable background in front-facing customer service roles
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job
- Limited phone use during shifts
- Adherence to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing

- Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred
