Conference Kitting Associate
About The Position
We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members to help prepare conference materials for upcoming healthcare conferences and events. This is a straightforward, low-stress role that focuses on assembling conference kits, organizing materials, counting inventory, and preparing event supplies for shipment. If you're the type who enjoys putting on your headphones, listening to music or a podcast, and working through a task list, this could be a great fit. No sales. No customer service. No heavy lifting. Just focused, organized work helping us prepare thousands of conference kits throughout the year.
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable completing repetitive, back-to-back kit assembly accurately and at a steady pace
- Able to stay organized and focused
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to sit, stand, and move intermittently throughout the day
- No previous experience required
Responsibilities
- Assemble conference giveaway bags and event kits
- Insert brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and branded items into bags
- Count, organize, sort, and stage inventory
- Label, pack, and prepare materials for shipping
- Assist with conference inventory organization and restocking
- Complete frequent required quality checks to confirm each kit is accurate, complete, and ready to ship
- Keep the workspace, supplies, and inventory clean and organized throughout each shift
- Clock in and out with the Marketing Coordinator and follow the assigned project schedule
- Report and track the number of packets assembled at the end of each shift
