About The Position

The Cone Stabber Labor position is responsible for placing poultry products onto processing cones and ensuring proper product positioning for trimming, inspection, and further processing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product flow, quality standards, and production efficiency while adhering to Tyson Foods' safety, food safety, and animal welfare requirements.

Responsibilities

Place poultry products onto processing cones accurately and efficiently.
Ensure products are properly positioned to support downstream processing operations.
Monitor product flow and communicate any issues to supervisors or team leads.
Remove improperly positioned or defective products from the production line as directed.
Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation procedures.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
Comply with all Tyson Foods safety policies, USDA regulations, and plant operating procedures.
Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals and line speeds.
Assist in general production duties and other assigned tasks as needed.
Report equipment issues, product concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
